Senior Brand Manager (Luxury Division)

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join the Luxury Division of our client and lead the strategic development and growth of one of our client’s prestigious fragrance brands.

Reporting to: Senior Brand Director
Team management: 1 Product Manager and 1 Trainee

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

As Senior Brand Manager, you work closely with the Division General Manager/Director, the licences, creative agencies, fragrance houses and internal departments to achieve consistent and creative 360° marketing mix;

• For both existing lines and new launches to come:

- Concept
- Product mix
- Merchandising/go to market tools
- Budget management
- Animation
- Communication on and offline
- Training

• Lead the creative development of the new launches (product, communication campaign, communication tools, GWPs, POSM) as well as the operational development with the Operations team (logistics, production, packaging…) ensuring that target cogs and GM are met.
• Assess the profitability and financial performance of product launches.
• Develop presentation and communication materials for markets, distributors and retailers.
• Build a strong and unique 3 year Product and Marketing plan for the brands involved and coordinate launch strategies with Trade Marketing.
• Provide performance and competition analysis to top management with recommendations on brand’s strategy and action plan.
• Prepare and animate brand and business reviews for top management and licensors.
• Prepare & Participate to the key annual global presentations: International Brand Marketing / Tax free World Exhibition.
• Manage and train your Team.

Anforderungen:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in the luxury, fragrance, or beauty industry

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Proven experience in directly managing international product launches from concept through to market launch
• Strong understanding of P&L management, sales forecasting, and launch profitability
• Solid experience in packaging development and product innovation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present projects and recommendations to sales teams and licensing partners
• Native or fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Creative, curious and open-minded.
• Collaborative and agile, with a proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
