As part of their growth, we are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager, who will be responsible of developing and implementing the commercial plan for the Portuguese market. As key responsibilities we can highlight the following:
- Define, develop and implement the commercial plan for the key accounts in the Retail / Modern Trade, as well as manage and develop existing accounts in C&C and traditional channels.
- Lead the negotiations and commercial conditions with existing and potentials clients.
- Analyze the market trends and competition, being updated of potential commercial opportunities in the market.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, financial, sales) to guarantee the correct development of Retail accounts and other channels.
- Manage the P&L for the existing accounts and develop new opportunities.
- Ability to manage the traditional and C&C channels.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- University Degree
- 5-7 years experience in FMCG as KAM for the Modern Trade / Retail / Off Trade channel.
- Knowledge of C&C and traditional channels.
- Negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Results-orientation
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and ideally in English too
- Availability to travel
