FUNKTIONEN
-Manage customer cash collections, customer account reconciliations and communication with the country/ customers (manage inquiries, monitor activities performed by automated workflow and apply judgment to solve issues in an accurate and timely manner).
-Reduce % debt overdue and bad debt provisions by avoiding overdue accounts more than
-Work closely with Customer Service and Sales Force to avoid and solve customer charges and deductions.
-Cooperate with peers and independently managing daily tasks.
-Communicate progress to upper management.
-Actively participate and initiate process improvements & best practices share / re-apply
-Monthly management and analysis of the rebates, allowances and deductions.
-Co-work with the Master Data Management Responsible.
-Develop and analyze monthly customer aging and DSO results. Prepare monthly reporting to the country and SSC management
-Monthly Blackline reconciliations for accounts assigned ( linked to AR )
-Monitor Portfolio KPIs via the Dashboard and initiate action to improve the results ( Invoice Delinquency %, Deductions Ageing , Ageing % , DS0, Unallocated payments, Credits Open in the accounts, etc)
-Compliance with the current process design and specifications, process excellence and data quality principle
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
3 years of experience as AR or AP specialist, preferably in a multinational company.
Bachelor degree
SAP experience is mandatory
Excel Advanced skills
Language: Mandatory French and English– Proficient level
