FUNKTIONEN

We are looking for a Financial and Accounting Specialist with experience in handling daily transactions, financial reporting, and compliance with group accounting policies. Functions: - Ensure that all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, are correctly recorded in the accounting system. - Manage employee travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and following up on outstanding accounts. - Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy. - Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records. - Prepare utility invoices for tenants and manage bonuses for customers according to contract terms. - Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and analyses using key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate in the transmission of tax reports to the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Statistical Office. Requirements: - 2- 3 years experience in financial accounting. - Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable management, as well as bank reconciliation. - Ability to work with accounting software and handle financial data accurately. - Experience having worked in a group subsidiary.
