FUNKTIONEN

The Country Manager will lead focusing on adapting and expanding hosting and domain services in the Indian market. They will be responsible for understanding local market dynamics, developing tailored strategies, and ensuring effective integration with the parent company in Spain. Vision To establish the company as a leader in hosting and domain services in India, adapting the company's global vision to capture unique opportunities in the Indian market. Mission To lead the Indian operations with a focus on market growth, customer service, and operational efficiency, while maintaining strong alignment with the values and strategies of the parent company. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow the presence in the Indian market. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in India. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing local team to execute the company's strategy. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Indian operations. Product Localization: Work with product teams to adapt services for the Indian market. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies. Additional Responsibilities Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations. Brand Building: Enhance CDmon's brand awareness and reputation in India. Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, competition, and business performance to the parent company. Performance Measurement and KPIs Success will be measured through KPIs such as revenue growth, market share, customer acquisition and retention, and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in management roles, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Proven track record of growing business operations in India. Strong understanding of the Indian tech market and business landscape. Languages Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
