FONCTIONS
Lead our client´s Polish subsidiary with the objective of maximizing profitability and ensuring competitiveness in the market. In paraellel, adapting the corporate commercial strategy to the demands of the local market, guaranteeing cost control and optimization of available resources. You will also acts as the company's legal representative in the country and guarantees management of operations aligned with the Group's global vision and objectives.
Change Management
After a period of adaptation, define jointly with the Commercial Director of the Group, and guarantee the Strategic Plan execution which ensures the sustainability and competitiveness of the company in Poland.
Budget management
Prepare the general budget of the subsidiary, optimizing resources and promoting profitability, and guarantee the correct and efficient management of associated costs.
Commercial strategy
Define the commercial strategy of the subsidiary, in collaboration with the Sales Area Manager, adapting global guidelines to the local context and the challenges of the Polish market.
Plan development
Lead the development of effective business plans to ensure the comercial growth of the subsidiary.
Negotiation with clients
Actively participate in the negotiation with large account clients, establishing long-term quality relationships, and maximizing the value of the agreements to achieve adequate profitability.
Efficiency improvement
Identify areas of improvement in the current management structure to improve overall efficiency and service quality.
Team leadership
Direct the subsidiary's team and ensure its development, maintaining effective communication and guaranteeing alignment with the Group's global objectives.
Supervision
Supervise the daily operations of the subsidiary, actively participating in solving problems to ensure operations are efficient and effective.
Review financial and commercial KPIs, as well as other relevant indicators to analyze the correct management of the subsidiary and make appropriate decisions as early as possible.
Legal representation
Act as legal representative, ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing relationships with external entities and corresponding authorities.
Requisites
University Education: Business Finance,Economics, Marketing or similar
Advanced level Polish (C1), Advanced level English (C1) Alternative language (Spanish, Catalan...)
MBA with specialization in leadership and management
Commercial management (marketing and positioning, branding, sales techniques and customer loyalty
Financial analysis tools (interpretation of certain financial results, evaluation of investments, efficient cost management)
Market analysis tools (market, customers and competition)
Logistics and supply chain
Establishing objectives and goals
Organization development (analysis and design of processes, planning and evaluation
Local regulations and laws that affect the business (trade regulation, taxes, labor regulation, health and safety...)
