FONCTIONS
The role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing a team of 9 professionals (3 presales and 6 business developers), and strengthening relationships with key clients. Reporting to the Country Manager, this position is critical to driving growth in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and support the commercial team, fostering professional growth.
- Build and expand relationships with key clients, particularly installers.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage strategic contracts.
- Drive innovation and ensure compliance with regulations in all activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the video door entry and/or home automation technology sector, with a proven track record in team leadership and sales strategy in Belgium.
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Languages: Full proficiency in Flemish, French and English.
- Skills: Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical abilities, and results-driven mindset.
