We are currently seeking a Syncrons Technical Manager to play a key role in a major industrial in Australia, for a leading company in the energy sector.
Syncrons Technical Management:
Supervise and lead technical operations related to Syncron condensers within the renewable energy project framework.
Design and Development:
Collaborate in designing and developing technical strategies for the efficient implementation of Syncrons, ensuring optimal integration into the renewable energy system.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external teams, including engineers, designers, and suppliers, to ensure technical coherence and operational effectiveness.
Performance Optimization:
Implement practices to optimize the performance of Syncrons, ensuring their effective contribution to the stability and efficiency of the renewable energy system.
Project Management:
Oversee the execution of projects related to Syncrons, from planning to implementation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality & HSE standards.
Technical Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and address any technical issues that may arise during the implementation and operation of Syncrons.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and technical standards in the field of Syncrons and their integration into the renewable energy project.
Requirements:
Strong experience in technical management of Syncrons or similar devices.
Deep knowledge of renewable energy systems and their integration with synchronous technologies.
Experience in large-scale projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Solid skills in leadership, collaboration, and management of technical projects.
