FONCTIONS
Responsabilities: • Understand the global markets and what drives each brand. • Own and develop brand building across all touch points of the global brand. • Develop annual global marketing plans. • Develop new consumer-based innovations for the brands. • Marketing Plans Execution. • Leading Innovation initiatives for the company's diverse categories in global markets. • Managing the innovation strategic projects for all Marketing Teams. • Developing key performance indicators and track business performance across geographic markets. • Overall responsibility for the P&L. • Working with the markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation. • Advising and coaching the global markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement. • Driving and implementing strategy and growth plans in the Global Markets. • Integrate strategies across local and global functions, including Sales, Finance, Production and Legal. Requirements: • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and at least 10-12 years of relevant experience as a MKMG in a Global position in FMCG industry with international scope. • Proficient level of English. • Excellent project management skills with ability to work across complex and multiple project.
