FONCTIONS
Responsibilities:
• Trend Anticipation & Innovation Pipeline: Identify and analyze global consumer and category trends to proactively propose new innovation and renovation ideas.
• Innovation & Renovation Development: Lead the creation of consumer-centric innovations and renovations, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and global market needs.
• Project Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination: Lead all ongoing innovation and renovation projects, coordinating with key stakeholders (Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure excellence in execution and on-time launches.
• Market Collaboration & Support: Act as the key Innovation contact for markets, providing strategic guidance, sharing best practices, and ensuring innovations are successfully adapted and implemented locally.
• Post-Launch Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track the performance of innovations post-launch, analyzing key performance indicators to refine and enhance future initiatives.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiencies and improvements in the innovation process, ensuring agility, scalability, and effectiveness in execution.
• Leadership & Team Development: Coach, mentor, and lead a team of two Brand Managers and a Trainee, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in global marketing and innovation roles within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving successful innovation and renovation projects.
• Deep expertise in consumer research, data analysis, and insight generation to drive innovation potential and prioritization. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate trends and translate them into impactful innovations.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global and local functions.
