We’re partnering with a global leader in the fashion & beauty industry for a stretegical position within BI area. Are you passionate about turning data into powerful business insights? 🌍

✨ The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming market data into actionable strategies for the Iberia region. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and top management, you’ll help shape decisions that impact business growth across categories such as fragrance, prestige, lifestyle, skincare, and make-up.

This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence & Consumer Insights, with direct exposure to General Management.

🚀 What you’ll be doing

Analyze and track market KPIs: size, growth, competition, channel dynamics, pricing & promo impact.

Deliver market forecasts to support planning processes (budget & 3Y plan).

Estimate and track brand Sell-Out targets, spotting risks & opportunities.

Consolidate and model data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity & consistency.

Build dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau…) to enable decision-making.

Identify opportunities for growth across categories and channels.

Support strategic projects such as new brand/category integration.

Provide data insights and reporting directly to senior leadership.

🌟 What we’re looking for

+5 years’ experience in data analysis, market intelligence, or BI, ideally in FMCG, luxury or beauty.

Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and market data sources (NPD, Nielsen, IRI…).

Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing or similar (Master’s is a plus).

Fluent in Spanish & English (C1 level minimum).

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Advanced Excel and dashboard building skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Proactive, autonomous and adaptable profile.
