Mission:
-Design and lead the global brand strategy to establish a strong presence within the luxury ecosystem
-Create a differentiated, aspirational positioning that elevates the product into a true object of desire
- Activate the brand through high-end experiences, partnerships and cultural relevance
- Build the marketing structure and set a new execution standard
- Define the global brand positioning, architecture and value proposition, building a distinctive storytelling platform and establishing clear brand governance standards.
- Lead the evolution of the visual and verbal identity, elevating packaging, creative direction and the overall aesthetic universe to luxury-level excellence.
- Shape the communication and PR strategy, setting the editorial tone, defining media priorities and managing agencies across key international markets.
- Develop a luxury-aligned content platform, structuring annual plans and launch calendars that drive aspiration, relevance and consistency.
- Design and execute high-level experiential initiatives and brand events that reinforce positioning and create meaningful engagement.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships and co-branding opportunities within the luxury ecosystem to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Prioritize and activate international markets, defining go-to-market strategies, ensuring cultural adaptation and supporting commercial expansion.
- Elevate the premium digital experience by defining e-commerce and CRM strategy, optimizing UX, customer journey and loyalty frameworks.
- Manage budgets and performance, building solid business cases, selecting partners and ensuring strong ROI with uncompromising execution standards.
- Build and lead the marketing organization, designing structure, hiring talent and orchestrating internal teams and external collaborators.
Proven experience building and positioning brands within the luxury space (fashion, beauty, watches/jewelry, hospitality, premium wines & spirits, lifestyle)
Strong track record in ambitious brand creation or repositioning (strategy + execution)
Experience leading PR, events, partnerships and experiential activations at luxury standards
International exposure
Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of contemporary aspirational codes
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate brand into demand and profitable growth
10+ years in Marketing/Brand, including 4–6 years in senior leadership roles (Brand Director, Marketing Director, CMO or similar)
Background in luxury or aspirational premium companies with strong brand focus
Fluent English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel
Experience managing creative agencies, PR firms and event production partners
Comfortable operating in a build-up environment with a hands-on mindset
