FUNCTIONS

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager serves a crucial role, with a global overview. This person oversees all business forecasting, manages the profit and loss statements and statements of cash flow, and provides analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic. Reports to the Financial Controller. Responsibilities • Build the annual Budget and P&L, and Strategic 3-year business plans in liaison with the CEO and the FP&A Corporate Department. • Provide monthly reporting (P&L) per Division and Country with a breakdown per retailers. • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. • Provide analysis related to productivity, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Supply Chain in a timely manner. Track budget vs. actual spend by department. • Run specific gross margin analysis to find new profitability opportunities. • Support the Finance Department in the Cash Flow analysis and projections. • Support the CEO, the Group Steering Committee, and the Corporate Finance team in punctual business analysis and any other key projects. • Identify and understand business challenges, propose and create solutions. • Implement business KPI and strategic metrics analysis. • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights. • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization. • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. Requirements • Minimum of 8 Years’ experience in FP&A • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles • Experience in FMCG industries • Interpersonal and communication skills | Business Oriented | Analytical | Results-Oriented | Attention to detail
