FUNCTIONS

Trade Marketing Strategy Development and Execution • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing plan for each brand in collaboration with retailers and distributors. • Define and oversee marketing activations (animations, promotional offers, POS materials, events). • Manage relationships with retailers to negotiate and optimize trade actions. • Coordinate product launches and ensure their visibility at the point of sale. Budget and Trade Marketing Forecast Management • Oversee and optimize the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget allocated to trade activations. • Work closely with the finance team to ensure investment tracking and efficiency. • Work on sales forecasts by sku and by retailer & distributors and trade budget allocation. Performance Analysis and Strategic Recommendations • Monitor and analyze KPIs for Trade Marketing campaigns and promotions. • Evaluate sell-out performance and the impact of activations on brand success. • Identify optimization opportunities and propose strategic recommendations. Presentations and Support for Sales Teams • Develop and present trade marketing strategies and activations to retailers and partners. • Ensure follow-up on market insights and adjust strategies accordingly. Internal Coordination and Project Management • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams. • Act as the key liaison between brands and retailers to ensure seamless execution. • Manage coordination with external agencies to produce marketing materials. KEY CRITERIAS : 1. At least 5 years of experience in Operational or Trade Marketing / International Marketing or Business development. 2. Coming from the Luxury or Selective industry (perfume, beauty, art of living). 3. Fluent (both writing & speaking) in English & French. 4. Team worker mindset and solid communication skills. 5. Proficiency in PowerPoint + Excel + Word software Reporting to: VP Global Trade Marketing Location: in Paris Headquarters
