FUNCTIES
Retail & Fashion Boutique Merchandising Execution
- Oversee and implement visual merchandising, POS materials, store displays, and promotional activations.
- Ensure that all merchandising guidelines are properly followed in retail stores.
- Manage the launch visibility of new products and optimize brand exposure in stores.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Retail teams to maximize the impact of in-store activations.
E-Merchandising & Product Listing Management
- Ensure all products are properly listed on e-commerce retailers’ websites (Douglas, Nocibé, IPXL, etc.).
- Optimize product descriptions, images, SEO, and digital content for better visibility.
- Manage the setup of banners, promotional pages, and digital activations according to trade marketing plans.
- Track product ranking and search visibility, making adjustments as needed in collaboration with e-commerce teams.
POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) & Merchandising Assets Management
- Coordinate the production and distribution of merchandising materials (POS displays, testers, presentation tools).
- Ensure proper allocation and installation of physical and digital assets across key retailers.
- Monitor the maintenance and condition of retail displays to uphold brand image.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor KPIs for both in-store and online merchandising (sales uplift, conversion rates, impact of activations).
- Analyze sell-out data by retailer and channel (physical vs. e-commerce) to optimize strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving both in-store and digital product visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with Internal & Retailer Teams
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel strategy.
- Act as the main contact for e-commerce and merchandising teams at key retail partners.
- Train retail teams on merchandising best practices, both in-store and online.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising.
- Experience in a luxury or premium Maison and in the fragrances, is a plus
- English Advanced
