From Catenon, we are collaborating with Contemporary Star Energy (CSE), a joint venture driven by Stellantis and CATL focused on the development and supply of advanced energy solutions, particularly in the field of batteries and electrification.
Your role:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the installation, optimization, and continuous improvement of production equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Support equipment installation and commissioning, ensuring standardization and reliability.
Improve equipment performance and lead technical optimizations.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment upgrades.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within operations teams.
Deliver technical training and support capability building on-site.
Provide technical support for major equipment breakdowns
Perform root cause analysis of critical failures, defining and implementing preventive measures
Develop equipment maintenance plans and lead their execution
Prepare SOP/WI/OPL (One Point Lessons) related to equipment maintenance and commissioning, and provide technical training to technicians
Define equipment spare parts plans and monitor their implementation
Lead equipment optimization projects to improve efficiency and stability
Manage and monitor maintenance KPIs for the assigned production lines
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, assembly, welding).
Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Professional level of English.
On-site availability in Zaragoza is required.
