Quality Systems Engineer

Descripción del puesto:

We are looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to support the setup, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System for a new base module plant. This role is key to building a strong quality foundation and culture from the ground up.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Lead the creation and implementation of the Quality Management System (e.g. IATF 16949) for the new plant, including initial document management setup

Plan, execute, and follow up on system audits, including customer audits, internal group audits, and third-party certifications

Drive Layered Process Audits (LPA) planning, execution, auditing, and continuous improvement

Lead phased quality culture activities, engaging the module team and strengthening quality awareness across the organization

Requisitos:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Proven experience with Quality Management Systems

Knowledge of quality methods and tools

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Effective communication skills
