Are you excited about guiding people’s choices sharing storytelling and selling skills? Are you passionate about skincare, makeup, perfume, and digital? If so we would like to hear from you!

We are looking for two Field Manager positions: one to cover the East region and another to cover the West region.

The Corporate Learning and Retail Development Department is the Starting Point of what they do in the company. Taking care of people is their main mission and they do it using a creative, dynamic, and extremely respectful approach. They work with people but we work also for people.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Promote their Brands Identity through sales and retail techniques
• Get people fall in love with their products and inspire others to do the same
• Planning store visits in a selected area
• Take care of brand merchandising in retailer’s stores
• Manage relations with retailer’s staff at different levels

Additionally, you will:
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
• Learn to use our sales techniques and become an expert in storytelling our programs
• Work in a specific area but with a strong relation with the headquarter
• Join a fun team located in different areas

Requisitos:

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication skills
• Full fluency in Italian
• English and other languages is as plus
• Passion for travel, training, luxury and beauty industry
• Customer oriented and target driven
• Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
• Positive attitude, flexibility and great team spirit
• Organization skills
