We are looking for a Senior Data Governance & Compliance Analyst with a strong business-oriented profile to operate at the intersection of Business, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in:

Data Governance
Regulatory Compliance
Risk Management
Process Design & Control
Data Quality & Operational Controls

Responsabilidades Principales:

Develop and monitor Data Governance policies, standards and controls.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy and responsible AI requirements.
Coordinate governance initiatives across Business and Technology teams.
Define and monitor Data Quality KPIs/KRIs and governance controls.
Support enterprise data catalog, lineage and metadata management initiatives.
Leverage Informatica IDMC and Microsoft Purview for Data Quality, cataloging, lineage and governance processes.
Conduct risk assessments, DPIAs and compliance gap analyses.

Requisitos:

3–5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Compliance or Risk.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience working with Informatica IDMC and Microsoft Purview.
Knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata Management and Governance frameworks.
Fluent English.
Nice to Have
SQL and data analysis skills.
DAMA/CDMP, Informatica or Microsoft Purview certifications.
Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services or Insurance.
