We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical HR Excellence Manager to join our client, a leading global FMCG company. Reporting directly to the HR Excellence Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations for Spain, ensuring full compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in industrial environments and possesses a strategic mindset for data-driven decision-making. You will manage labor relations, lead collective bargaining processes, and drive the digitalization of HR processes. Lead HR administration for Spain, ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and corporate policies.
Manage Labor Relations, including coordination with Works Committees in Alcolea and Rivas, and participation in collective bargaining.
Act as a key member of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Committee and the Equality Commission (Equality and LGTBI plans).
Liaise with legal advisors on employee-related matters, disciplinary actions, and labor inspections.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment administrative process, from job offers to onboarding and trial period management.
Analyze HR KPIs to provide actionable insights and create high-impact graphical presentations for decision-making.
Manage international mobility administration and annual labor calendars.
Serve as the HR lead for the Alcolea plant, supervising a technical team member.
Coordinate Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) for the Rivas office, including emergency teams and medical check-ups.
Drive automation and digitalization projects within the HR department.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar HR role within FMCG or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in industrial or plant environments is essential.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a habit of making data-driven decisions and 'telling the story' behind the numbers.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Solid experience in labor relations and collective bargaining.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Experience in managing HR digitalization and automation projects.
- Previous experience in international mobility management.
