Descripción del puesto:

Reporting directly to the Country Manager in Italy and supported by the strategic oversight of the Spanish headquarters, the Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's and third-party renewable asset portfolios. The primary mission is to establish and optimize the Asset Management business line in Italy from the ground up, ensuring maximum technical, regulatory, and commercial performance of the assets (Solar PV, agro-PV, wind, and batteries). As a technical leader in a "startup mentality" environment, you will collaborate closely with internal development and construction teams to guarantee efficient and profitable operations throughout the entire project life cycle.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- Operational & Technical Oversight: Supervise the technical and commercial operations of renewable generation plants, ensuring optimal availability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

- Maintenance Strategy: Analyze operational and market data, incorporating meteorological variables to define and execute preventive maintenance strategies.

- Business Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact in Italy to replicate the successful asset management model from Spain/Portugal, supporting client acquisition and new service contracts.

- Financial Control & Reporting: Elaborate and monitor operational and investment budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), providing technical and financial reports (P&L, production forecasts) for investors.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate and evaluate the performance of technical (O&M) and commercial providers, negotiating contracts to ensure continuous improvement in efficiency and costs.

- Development Support: Assist in due diligence processes for asset acquisitions, inspecting renewable assets and evaluating operational viability during the bidding and construction phases.

-Institutional Relations: Support relationships with regulatory bodies (GSE, ARERA, Terna, Customs) and act as the lead contact for project follow-ups and results presentation.

Requisitos:

-Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Environmental, or similar). A technical or business Master’s degree is highly valued.

- Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles within the renewable energy sector.

- Hard Skills: Deep knowledge of the electricity market, incentive schemes, and O&M contracts.

- Languages: Native Italian speaker with a professional level of English (B2-C1).

- Soft Skills: High level of autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team.

- Location: Based in Milan (central location near Garibaldi Station) with high flexibility for frequent travel to project sites.
