FUNCIONES
Reporting to the business unit's management, this position's mission is to develop and execute specific strategies for the company's key accounts and maintain a lasting and trusting (long-term) relationship with the organization's customers.
Your day-to-day work will be carried out in the following functions:
- Design and develop the Strategic Plan for key accounts.
- Customer relationship management (and its ecosystem of influence).
- Develop business opportunities with the client.
- Coordinate, support, and monitor the project team.
- Continuous evaluation of client satisfaction.
- Achievement of the objectives and goals of the Account Plan.
- Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Training, experience, and skills:
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or a similar career.
- A Master's Degree in Sales Management and Commercial Leadership is desirable.
- Advanced English level
- Fluent Spanish
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions.
- Experience in tenders.
- Consultative sales skills.
- Active listening skills (knowing how to ask, understand, and interpret).
- Strategic and relational perspective.
- Results-oriented person.
- A person with creative and proactive skills.
- Catalyst of ideas and proposals.
- Committed to the account plan aligned with the Client.
- Leader (both with the client's and internal teams).
