FONCTIONS
In this role, you will plan, manage, develop, and lead HR policies and personnel, ensuring legal compliance and the effective implementation of HR strategies that align with our client's organizational mission.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new HR staff.
- Oversee daily HR operations.
- Provide timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Handle employee terminations and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and strategies related to employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies and training programs to improve HR processes.
Program Management:
- Manage HR programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary matters, leave management, conflict investigation, talent and performance management, employee morale and recognition, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
- Identify staffing and recruitment needs, and develop and implement best practices for attracting the best talent.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure company compliance with local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, HR best practices, and new technologies, and communicate policy modifications to senior management.
Budgeting and Employee Satisfaction:
- Develop and manage departmental budgets.
- Foster employee satisfaction and manage employee relations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languajes would be appreciated)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking related to workforce planning.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR-related software.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an HRD role
- Experience working with HR ERP systems.
- International experience is highly valued but not required.
