FUNCTIES
Responsabilities:
• Managing the Global Markets for the company’s various categories.
• Leading diverse strategic projects for the local Marketing Teams.
• Developing key performance indicators and track business performance across geographic markets.
• Overall responsibility for the P&L.
• Working with local markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation.
• Advising and coaching the local markets on strategy, activation and assets requirement.
• Driving and implementing strategy and growth plans in the Global Markets.
• Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables.
• Market performance understanding and insights.
• Integrate strategies across local and global functions, including Sales, Finance, Production and Legal.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience as a MKMG in a Global position in FMCG industry.
• Proficient level of English.
• Experience in Product development and Project Management.
