- Proven track record in leading sales teams, with demonstrated skills in motivating and achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment, driving aggressive sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in English, with the capability to conduct webinars.
- Previous experience and knowledge of the travel retail market are a must.
