FUNCTIES
Their Spanish subsidiary has created a new position of Visual Merchandising Manager for Spain.
Reporting to the General Manager of Spain and in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Visual Identity departments based in Paris, your role will be to manage and ensure the correct deployment of the company's image strategy.
MISSIONS
You are responsible for the homogeneity of the Brand Image and will ensure the excellence of the execution of Visual Merchandising and Visual Identity in the area.
As such, you have direct responsibility for:
Implementing the VM strategy, in accordance with local retail guidelines and challenges.
Excellence in VM execution and implementation of collections in stores, concessions, and showrooms.
Selecting and training VM contacts in stores.
Implementing during press or influencer events.
You will also support the deployment of the visual identity strategy in the region and ensure its proper execution.
You will work closely with the retail, purchasing, visual merchandising, and visual identity teams based in Paris.
On a daily basis, your various missions consist of:
Conducting regular visits to different points of sale.
Monitoring the network through a VM reporting application (Yoobic).
Creating periodic guidelines.
Training store contacts to ensure their autonomy.
Orchestrating the openings of points of sale, ensuring compliance with zoning, orders, and checklist follow-up.
Producing activity reports using the implemented tools (Yoobic).
Finally, in the Visual Identity part, in relation to the visual identity service in Paris, your missions will consist of:
Ensuring the follow-up of decoration installations and seasonal events.
Supporting the project in case of local set production.
Ensuring the follow-up and quality of visual identity installations in the network.
PROFILE
You are autonomous, responsive, rigorous, versatile, and driven by a strong team spirit.
You have training in Visual Merchandising or Applied Arts School and are proficient in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
You have already worked as a VM and have at least 5 years of experience in high-end and/or luxury retail and prêt-à-porter.
Fluent in English, both oral and written (C1). Knowledge of French is a plus.
You are autonomous, responsible, and rigorous.
You have a team spirit and the ability to adapt to any challenge.
Your interpersonal skills are remarkable.
Communication is one of your strengths.
