FUNCTIES
As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Retail and be responsible for delivering Clienteling and commercial excellence of your store.
You will be the role model for exceptional service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand.
You’ll combine your experience, commercial insight and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year.
Experience necessary:
At least 3 years demonstrable experience gained as Store Manager within a luxury fashion brand
Experienced in driving Clientelling through the team and own VIP network
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen
Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and networking
Seeks opportunities to be proactive and pre-empt store and team issues
Demonstrates respect, leadership capabilities and regularly exceeds expectations
Shows innovation and initiative
High level of English
