We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage and optimize our end-to-end order fulfillment operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing outbound shipments, managing 3PL relationships, processing retail orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own day to day operational relationships with 3PL providers to execute on fulfillment plans
- Assist with EDI integration and collaboration with retail partners
- Manage order receipts and product allocation with the team
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward retailers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Processing and Coordinating shipments to retailers
- Prepare shipping documents and keeping records of all interactions and transactions
- Build strong relationships with retailers and support their needs and specifications
- Study and maintain up to date knowledge of products in order to answer any customer questions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns
- Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications
- Maintain relationships with carriers and retailers
What we look for:
- Minimum of 3 Years of Relevant Order Fulfillment or Customer Service experience
- Experience within Beauty & Lifestyle Industries, preferably working with products
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, NetSuite, or similar platforms
