FUNCIONES

Mission: Drive business growth and profitability by strategically leveraging Revenue Management levers. Purpose: The role aims to construct ambitious yet realistic strategic plans that drive decision-making and win stakeholder support. The role focuses on optimizing return on investment through Revenue Management projects, developing capabilities on pricing, promotions, price pack architecture and trade terms, and enable tools for tracking and identifying opportunities and risks. Additionally, the role involves acting as a Project Management Office to ensure successful execution of initiatives and driving a change in the sales and marketing team’s approach to generating value through the Revenue Management levers. Reports to: Director of Revenue Management Main Functions: • Develop and enhance pricing and promotional capabilities (tools, systems, processes, governance, and upskilling) to deliver insights to different business units and top management on how to grow the topline across the group. • Set up and follow up on process implementation and Revenue Management (RM) projects with different business units to ensure successful initiatives and capability execution and guarantee value creation for the company. • Work closely with the top line community to collaborate more effectively, share best practices, and drive overall business success. • Be ready and able to provide guidelines on pricing tactics, guardrails, and pricing corridors, or perform promotions ROI analysis, tailored to the level of RM maturity within the business units. • Lead the development and deployment of training programs and tools to build pricing and promotional expertise within the organization. • Build and enhance analytics capabilities to empower teams with the tools needed to make systematically informed decisions and create value for the company. Skills: - A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or economics. - 5-7 years of experience in pricing, promotions, and related roles within the FMCG industry, or market research and consumer insights sector (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, GfK, Kantar), or management consulting sector, with a focus on capability development. - Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to partner effectively with key internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent at effectively selling ideas both verbally and through presentations. - Demonstrable strong business sense and analytical skills to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment. - Possess strong skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects. - Comfortable taking initiative and working independently. - Expertise with market data (Nielsen/Circana, panel data Kantar/GfK, Mercadinamica, publinfo, etc.). - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Alteryx). - Expertise using visualization tools like MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau. - Fluent in English & Spanish; proficiency in another language is desirable (such as French) Benefits: - Be part of a fast-growing renowned Spanish multinational in the FMCG Industry. - The company fosters growth and professional development of their staff. - Competitive salary package including a fixed and a variable. - Additional benefits such as family medical insurance, life insurance, restaurant tickets, flexible retribution and 3 days of working from home per week.
