FUNCIONES
We are looking for a pro-active and flexible Accounting Assistant to join our Finance department and support the growth of our group. This new position will report to the Management Accountant, working in close relation with the team and who are working on our portfolio of brands. The Accounting Assistant will interact closely with various departments across the company. Key Responsibilities: • Accounts Payable • Day to Day Purchase orders / Invoices • Monitoring the Accounts Payable mailbox. • Posting all payment to the system. • Raising Sales invoices • Sending Sales invoices in a timely fashion. • Posting of Debit Notes. • Helping on Intercompany reconciliations • Help dealing with Audit requests. • Posting Bank Payment. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Must Have: • Strong AR Experience with raising of invoices and debit notes. • Stock knowledge and retail experience. • Confident IT user – Strong Excel skills • Business Central experience • Multitasking organized and open to additional responsibilities. • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment. • Respect of strict deadlines and processes • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Paperless organization • English Advanced Additional desired: • Good communication skills • Luxury sector and/or production experience is a plus • IBM Planning Analytics experienceEnviar solicitud
