FONCTIONS
Your primary responsibilities for the position are
. Support initiatives of NPD/Insourcing
• Strong collaboration with Global Team based in the US
• Being the support on contacting RM vendors (support f the Proc Manager)
• Support the definition of the business allocation
• Outline appropriate implementation/resolution plans in case of issue
• Contribute to the delivery of the savings working capital improvements each year, according to the
company targets
• Assess and track the market trends for the assigned commodities, in particular for Spain and Italy
• Support delivery of corporate objectives such as growth agenda by development and delivery of
appropriate initiatives (for example, supplier lead-time reduction and materials agreements,
payment terms improvements, make vs. buy analysis, employ cost mitigation tactics).
• Uphold the company’s principles, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and
professional standards,
• Support the development and negotiation of contracts
• Develops and recommends tactics that enhance competitiveness amongst suppliers
• Collaborate with Global cross-functional teams to deliver cost and service improvements
. Support stakeholders on Sustainability/Circular Economy Revlon’s journey to build proper
sourcing strategy to address Sustainable Development Goals.
Requirements:
· BA degree required.
• Spanish and English proficiency. Italian appreciated.
• Experience in Raw Materials in FMCG or Cosmetic companies would be a plus. At least 2 yrs. professional preferably in Procurement (or in Supply Chain)
