FUNCIONES
The Senior Marketing Online & Ecommerce will report directly to the Director of Revenue Management & Distribution, with a dotted line to the CMO.
The Web Revenue Manager is responsible for driving online revenue growth through acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO). This role monitors, analyzes, and manages the performance of direct digital channels and partners, optimizes investments, and ensures effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and expertise in digital marketing and acquisition strategies are essential, with a focus on increasing website traffic and growing direct bookings.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor acquisition performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and the optimization of all campaigns.
Develop, control, and review investment strategies across digital channels and platforms, including PR-driven and brand-building initiatives.
Manage relationships with website partners to ensure seamless collaboration, performance enhancement, and CMS management.
Strategic Analysis & Optimization
Refine acquisition strategies by identifying gaps and opportunities for optimization.
Guide the creation and evolution of the data ecosystem, collaborating with acquisition partners and the internal revenue management team to leverage data for better decision-making.
Analyze web performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Campaign Design & Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns aimed at increasing website distribution share.
Coordinate marketing, PR, and communication efforts for smooth campaign execution.
Support SEO content creation in collaboration with communication and PR teams to enhance organic traffic.
Content & Product Coordination
Coordinate the creation of promotional packages, new room offerings, and content updates, ensuring alignment with customer demands and business goals.
CRO Performance Management & Ecommerce
Monitor and optimize the website's conversion rate performance with specialized partners, ensuring continuous refinement of CRO strategies.
Analyze website performance metrics, using tools like GA4 and heatmaps, to inform decision-making and drive growth.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in web revenue management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in acquisition strategy development and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and PR-driven strategies.
Experience managing relationships with digital partners, web technology platforms, and brand-building campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
Fluency in both English and Spanish; proficiency in a third European language is a plus.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives across teams.
Experience in the hospitality sector is highly valued.
