Create a welcoming, productive, and compliant workplace aligned with hybrid work models

Lead and support change initiatives across the region

Identify improvement opportunities through HR and employee experience data

Contribute to broader organizational development projects with Group HR

Act as the key point of contact for Health & Safety matters and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Group HR to deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions

Requirements:

4–5+ years of experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally in an international or matrix environment within FMCG industry.

Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing complex people topics

Comfortable leading small teams and overseeing office or administrative functions

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus

Proactive, structured, and business-oriented, with the confidence to challenge and influence

Equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution
