FUNKTIONEN

From Catenon, we are collaborating exclusively with a leading business group in the real estate sector to recruit an Investment Analyst reporting directly to the founding partners. Responsibilities: - Support market analysis to identify equity investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes, primarily tertiary assets and residential for development projects. - Assist in evaluating the financial feasibility of real estate investments, including cash flow analysis, expected returns, capitalization rates, and asset valuation. - Contribute to the development of financial models and projections to assess the potential performance of short-term and long-term real estate investments. - Participate and assist in due diligence processes for specific assets and projects. - Aid in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis results. - Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and other factors that may impact investment performance. - Provide support as needed for active management of various projects, monitoring asset performance, identifying risks, and opportunities. - Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of real estate transactions. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-4 years of prior experience in real estate investment analysis. - Strong understanding of financial and investment principles, as well as the real estate market. - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of real estate investment analysis software (e.g., ARGUS, PRINEX, PRAYDE) is an advantage. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. - Experience in presentations with specific tools like PowerPoint. - Advanced level of English; French is ideal.
