FUNKTIONEN
Our client is a TIER 1 Company with more than 40 years of history, leader in plastic injection technologies for the Automotive sector, with a high functional complexity. With a presence in more than 10 countries and more than 3,000 employees, it is a true global player in the automotive sector. We are looking for a Plant Manager for the plant located in Prostejov, CZ. You will manage a team of around 300 employees in the operations, maintenance, quality and planning areas. Your fundamental mission will be the management and coordination of the Plant's operations, ensuring compliance with the objectives and standards in efficiency and customer service, and having as a fundamental axis the development of people by implementing a culture of continuous operational and administrative improvement in line with the Group's values and systems. The plant is among the top three most important of the group, due to its size (more than 500 employees in different business units), complexity of customers at European level as well as the technical complexity of the projects that are coming into the plant. Requirements: - Professional with a degree in industrial engineering or related field. - Minimum previous experience: at least 3 years as Plant Manager in the automotive sector (Tiers). - Professional experience "on-site" in plants located in Czech Republic or Slovakia. - Experience working at multinacional companies at multi-client and multi-product plants - High level of English (must) - High level of Czech (nice to have)Jetzt bewerben
